Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Fogkits at https://fogkits.com, including our websites, image tools, previews, downloads and credit purchases. By using Fogkits you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Fogkits is operated from Singapore by the same product team behind ImgEdit AI. Public headquarters: BLK 265 Serangoon Central Drive, Singapore. Support: ayaxubom@gmail.com.

The service

Fogkits provides online tools for creating, editing and preparing images. Some tools run in your browser. Others upload a file to our servers, process it, and return a preview or download through a signed link.

You can usually upload a photo and review a watermarked or limited preview at no charge. Downloading a final high-resolution result for a server-side tool uses credits. We may change features, limits, pricing or availability at any time.

Credits and payments

Credits are a prepaid balance for paid exports and similar features. They are not cash, have no cash value, and are not a stored-value account. Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Fogkits prices packs on the server and does not accept a client-submitted amount.

Credits are consumed when a paid download or similar paid action succeeds. Unless required by law or a payment provider rule, purchases are not refundable. If a charge looks wrong, email ayaxubom@gmail.com and include the payment reference.

Your content

You keep any rights you already have in files you upload or process. You grant Fogkits a limited license to host, process, crop, convert and deliver that content only as needed to provide the service you requested.

You must have the right to use the files you submit. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you are not allowed to process. Browser-local tools keep the file on your device unless you later choose a cloud option.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Fogkits for unlawful, harmful or infringing purposes.
• Upload malware, or attempt to probe, overload or disrupt the service.
• Bypass credit checks, signed-link expiry, rate limits or other technical controls.
• Scrape, bulk-process or automate the service in a way that harms other users.
• Misrepresent Fogkits output as an official government or issuing-authority product.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated.

Passport photos and official requirements

Fogkits can help you crop, check and prepare a photo against published size and layout presets. It does not replace official guidance, and it does not guarantee that an agency will accept the result. Photo rules change. Always confirm the latest requirements with the relevant government or issuing authority before you submit.

Intellectual property

Fogkits, including its name, site, software, documentation and branding, is owned by Fogkits or its licensors. These terms do not give you a right to copy, reverse engineer or reuse that material except as needed to use the service.

Third-party services

Fogkits relies on third parties such as Amazon Web Services, Dodo Payments and, when enabled, Google Analytics or Google sign-in. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the parts of the flow they provide. Fogkits is not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.

Disclaimers

Fogkits is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that a tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular official filing. Previews, compliance checks and country presets are helpers, not legal, immigration or government advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fogkits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Fogkits is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $20 if you have not paid us.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Fogkits after an update means you accept the revised terms.
